The key basics of each mission live here within the course so you can refer back to them often. But there’s even more- yay! You’ll continue to develop and expand each mission via our emails and online group sessions if you choose to participate in them.
Please resist the urge to plow through the missions in order, in one sitting. Trying to take in everything all at once could cause a significant information overload... and could lead to analysis paralysis (meaning—you take NO action at all). To experience the MOST benefits, review a little bit at a time, try what you'd like to try, and then come back and review some more. You'll find yourself jumping from one mission into another often because they are all intertwined. It's been designed for you to jump around, re-reference things, and review as part of your LIFE.
